CHOCOLATE FARRO DICE

Beat in a bowl 50 g softened butter with 200 g sugar and 2 eggs.
Add a teaspoon honey, 300 g farro flour, 180 ml milk and a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate.
Mix well, pour into a buttered baking-pan and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 15/20 minutes.
Let cool off about 10 minutes and dice slice 3 x 3 cm.
Prepare the sugar ice with 250 g butter, 250 g sugar, 5 teaspoons milk, 4 teaspoons cocoa powder and 5 teaspoons rum.
Dip the dice into the sugar ice and roll into coconut flour.
Put in the refrigerator until serving.
